Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference or periodicals at the same time (double submission). All submissions should be written in English. Full papers have a minimum length of five (5) pages and a maximum length of eight (8) printed pages, including figures. Short papers have a minimum and maximum of three (3) and four (4) pages, respectively. Papers should be written to adhere to the standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format.
